Individual therapy

Individual therapy is a type of therapy in which the client works one-on-one with a therapist. Individual therapy, the most common type of therapy, can include a variety of treatment approaches.


Individual therapy allows the therapist and client to focus on each other while developing a therapeutic relationship and collaborating to solve the client's problem.
