Warm Welcome
To me, being a therapist is much more than a profession—it’s a calling that has shaped and enriched every part of my life. When we begin our journey together, it’s not just about working through challenges, but about forming a partnership where I walk alongside you as you explore your inner world. I believe in the power of connection, and I’m honoured each time a client invites me into the sacred space of their thoughts and emotions. Together, we navigate the complexities of the mind, unravel old patterns, and explore new possibilities for growth and healing. Watching someone transform, rediscover their inner strength, and evolve into their best self is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
Before becoming a therapist, my life took me on a different journey—I studied international relations and had the opportunity to travel to various parts of the world. Those experiences were incredibly formative. They exposed me to different cultures, ways of thinking, and the diverse ways people experience the world. I’ve lived, worked, and studied in settings that have been as varied as they are rich in history and culture. I met people whose stories were shaped by their cultural background, political environment, and personal histories—each offering a new perspective on how humans cope, heal, and connect.
This exposure didn’t just deepen my understanding of cultural sensitivity; it heightened my awareness of the nuances of the human experience. I’ve learned that each person’s story is unique, shaped by layers of experiences, beliefs, and histories, often influenced by their cultural context. These insights have profoundly impacted how I approach therapy. I’ve come to understand the importance of listening—not just to what is being said, but to what is left unsaid, and to the cultural, historical, and personal factors that shape each individual’s worldview.
