Warm Welcome

To me, being a therapist is far more than a profession—it is a calling, a deep current that runs through the heart of my life. Therapy, for me, is not simply about addressing challenges; it is about honouring the sacred journey of becoming. When we meet, we don't just work through problems—we walk together into the vast, intricate landscape of your inner world. I believe wholeheartedly in the transformative power of connection, and I am profoundly honoured every time someone invites me into the sanctuary of their hopes, fears, dreams, and sorrows. Together, we untangle old patterns, breathe life into new possibilities, and rediscover the resilience and beauty that often lies hidden beneath the surface.
Before I became a therapist, I studied International Relations and spent years travelling and living in different parts of the world. These experiences opened my eyes to the many ways people live, heal, and find meaning, often shaped by rich cultural, historical, and personal layers. These experiences taught me that often the most profound truths are not carried by the loudest voices, but by those whose stories are rarely told—the invisible, the unspoken, the deeply human—and this shapes how I listen today: not just to words, but to silences, to histories, to the hidden hopes and heartaches that make us who we are.
Beyond my professional and academic life, I am, at my core, a soul searcher. I find wonder in the mysteries of the universe, and I carry a deep reverence for the unseen layers of existence that shape who we are. I am endlessly fascinated by the complexities of the human experience—how we love, how we hurt, how we heal. Nature grounds me; animals have always been my silent teachers, offering lessons in presence, trust, and unconditional love.
All these threads—cultural sensitivity, soul-deep curiosity, love for all beings, and a reverence for the mysteries of life—intertwine into the way I practice therapy. I listen not just with my ears, but with my whole being—to what is spoken, to what is unspoken, and to the rich tapestry of history, culture, and longing that each person carries. It is from this place of deep respect and wonder that I walk alongside you, not as an expert in your life, but as a companion and witness to your unfolding.
